Ordering Terms and Conditions

to Hawaii or Internationally at this time. Please check back in the future.
1. EFFECTIVE: This catalog
is effective February 13, 2007 and replaces all previous catalogs.
2. ORDERING: All orders are placed
via e-mail (bill@sealrockorchids.com) No minimum order. Orders
are processed in the sequence received. Quantities of ALL varieties
are very limited so order early to avoid disappointment. Contact
us via e-mail
to reserve your order.
3. SHIPMENT: All plants are shipped
in pot, unless otherwise noted. Unless otherwise requested,
most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FED-EX 2-3
day. Although we ship 12 months a year, winter shipments may
be delayed a few days or weeks due to weather conditions.
4. PAYMENT: We accept
personal checks, and money orders. Please do not send cash. We can accept
CREDIT CARD orders through Paypal.
5. GUARANTEE: We offer
an unconditional guarantee on all of our plants. If for any reason you are
not satisfied, simply return the plants within two weeks of receipt and
we will refund your money, including postage both ways. Please
contact
us before returning plants.
6. PACKING & SHIPPING
CHARGES:
Orders under $60.00
please add $15.00 for packing and shipping.
Orders of $60.00 or more, packing and shipping are FREE.
Winter Shipping
Charges (Nov. 1 to March 31): Due to cold/damaging weather,
we charge a $5.00 per order packing charge (if needed in your
area). This allows us to provide quality packing including heat
packs, delivery confirmation, and extra insulation if needed.
7. DISCOUNTS:
All orders of $100 or more will receive a bonus plant. Orders of $200 will
receive 2 bonus plants, etc.
Orders over $750 receive a 10% discount.
Orders over $1000 receive a 15% discount.
8. SUBSTITUTES: We
DO NOT substitute unless specifically authorized to do so.
